ABSTRACT SUBMISSION & GUIDELINES
You can register several types of work:
Oral presentation or e-poster; in English
Writing requirements:
Fonts: Times New Roman 12 point, single-spaced, no spaces between paragraphs;
Abstract: required in English;
Title: capitalized;
Authors’ names: no professional/academic titles;
Affiliation: Institution, City, Country
Abstract Contents:
The actual text will contain, according to international standards: the purpose of the paper; materials and methods; results; conclusions; 5 keywords maximum;
Tables and graphs are not accepted in the text;
Important Details:
Papers are sent only electronically
If you want to send several works, one form will be filled out for each work;
A maximum of 2 papers are accepted as first author;
All abstracts received will be evaluated by the congress’s scientific committee;
You will be notified in advance about the acceptance/rejection of the abstract, the form of presentation (oral/poster) and the positioning within the scientific program (remember – the scientific committee may recommend changing the form of presentation chosen by you);
The maximum duration of the presentation of oral papers is 10 minutes (8 min presentation/2 min discussion);
The posters will be presented in electronic format – electronic poster technical characteristics (From the “Design” > Page Setup menu, choose the screen size of 50″ (62 cm high by 111 cm wide) “page orientation” – landscape. The file will be saved and sent in jpg format;
The correctness of the correspondence data is important: phone, e-mail;
GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING POSTERS
The poster must have a .jpg or .pdf extension, landscape format, configured to A0 portrait or A1 landscape size. The file can be uploaded to a usb stick and displayed on an E-board. No poster printing required.
Time allocated for the presentation: 8 minutes + 2 minutes for questions

The language in which the poster can be created and presented: English only!
The poster format is LANDSCAPE, as the majority of the congress participants will participate in the virtual congress via their desktop computer or laptop. Poster template – landscape
